Chiller Neckbands for People/dogs
Stay cool in hot weather with these Chillers. Several shapes and sizes for many different applications. Simply soak in cold water for several hours, neckband will swell up. Then tie it around your neck or head. Flip them over and re-tie to refresh the coolness. velcro the dog band around your dog’s neck to keep them comfortable.
Leave bands out to dry and they will shrink back to original shape for storage, just rehydrate to use over again and again. Hand wash with mild soap and air dry only.
