Refund policy
Thanks for shopping with us! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. If there is a quality issue, you have 10 days to return an item from the date it is delivered. Please email sewinlovecreations13@gmail.com be sure to include your order # in the subject line.
Because these items are handmade to order, we will not accept a return for items not fitting correctly. It is your responsibility to ensure you choose the correct size.
Boutique items are final sale. (Items not handmade by our shop)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with all tags intact. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (local orders). You are responsible for the return of the item(s) unless otherwise discussed.
Refunds - Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
